MIRROR WORLD FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED is committed to providing high-quality LED lighting products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds of our lighting products.

1. Return Eligibility Period

You may return eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be: (a) In original, unused condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials intact; (b) Free from any signs of installation, use, or damage; (c) Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation; (d) Returned with all original packaging, including protective materials and product boxes. Products that show signs of installation, electrical connection, modification, or use are not eligible for return.

2. Conditions for Refund or Exchange

Refunds or exchanges will be considered under the following circumstances: (a) Manufacturing Defects: Products with factory defects or workmanship issues identified upon delivery; (b) Damaged During Shipping: Items damaged during transit, evidenced by damaged packaging or visible product damage; (c) Incorrect Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered; (d) Missing Components: If the product package is incomplete or missing essential parts; (e) Product Malfunction: If the product fails to function properly within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours to ensure prompt resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: (a) Custom-made or specially ordered lighting fixtures designed to your specifications; (b) Products that have been installed, used, or electrically connected; (c) Items with removed labels, tags, or serial numbers; (d) Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or physical damage; (e) Clearance sale items, promotional products, or deeply discounted items (unless defective); (f) Electrical components that have been tampered with or modified; (g) Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers. For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may have additional return restrictions.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: (a) Contact our customer service team at :contact_email within the eligible return period; (b) Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return; (c) Include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any defects or damages; (d) Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved; (e) Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging with all accessories; (f) Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package; (g) Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team using a trackable shipping method. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted or processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for return: (a) Our Responsibility: If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, incorrect, or missing components, MIRROR WORLD FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED will cover all return shipping costs and arrange pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label; (b) Customer Responsibility: If you are returning a product due to personal preference, change of mind, or ordering error, you are responsible for return shipping costs; (c) Rejected Returns: If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. Please use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance for valuable items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund according to the following timeline: (a) Inspection Period: We will inspect the returned product within 3-5 business days of receipt; (b) Approval Notification: You will be notified via email once your return is approved or rejected; (c) Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days; (d) Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method; (e) Bank Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to our customer service team.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, style, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you wish to exchange is defective, we will expedite the exchange process and waive any price difference for a replacement product of equal or lesser value. For products of higher value, you will be charged the price difference.

8. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may be applied in the following situations: (a) Products returned due to customer preference or ordering error may incur a 15% restocking fee; (b) Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories may incur up to a 25% restocking fee; (c) No restocking fee will be charged for defective products, shipping errors, or items covered under warranty.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please: (a) Do not install or use the product; (b) Take clear photographs of the damage, including packaging, product, and any visible defects; (c) Contact us immediately at with your order number and photographic evidence; (d) We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs; (e) In some cases, we may request the product be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement. We may also file a claim with the shipping carrier if the damage occurred during transit.

10. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped: (a) Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement; (b) If the order has been processed and is ready for shipment, a cancellation fee may apply; (c) Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may refuse delivery and follow the standard return process; (d) To cancel an order, contact us immediately at with your order number.

11. Warranty Claims

All MIRROR WORLD FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED lighting products come with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product (typically 1-5 years). For warranty claims: (a) Contact our customer service with proof of purchase and a description of the issue; (b) We may provide troubleshooting assistance to resolve the issue; (c) If the product is determined to be defective, we will repair or replace it free of charge; (d) Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
